Terms & Condition

All bookings are made using our online booking platform where you can choose the treatment you wish to book as well as the date and time where there is availability. Only card payments are acepted using our online booking system. We do not accept cash. Upon booking you will receive an email confirming the details of your appointment. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of making your booking online.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This is so you have time to complete the client consultation form, which you must complete before your treatment. The treatment will not go ahead unless you have completed the consultation form. These need to be filled out for every appointment, no matter the frequency of your visits to BlissGx.

If for any reason you arrive late to your appointment, this will result in your treatment time being reduced out of consideration to the next client. All late arrivals with be charged at 100% full value.

Deposits

We require you to make a 50% deposit when you make a booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. You can, however, reschedule your booking and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking, but this must be done with 48 hours notice. If you are unable to reschedule at all, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel and receive a deposit refund. You can contact us oninfo@blissgx.co.uk

Cancellation

The following cancellation terms shall apply :

(A) If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund (or credit); (B) If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a refund of 50% of your total booking fee; (C) If you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, without cancelling beforehand, you will lose 100% of your total booking fee.

If we can fill your vacated appointment time, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, refund your fee in any event, even where cancellation is made less than 48 hrs beforehand. If you wish to reschedule an appointment, providing you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for an alternative date. These cancellation procedures will apply to cancellation for any reason, including reasons beyond your control. Please let us know as soon as possible if cancellation is foreseeable.

Pregnancy

Treatments will be offered if you are in your second or third trimester of pregnancy. Please disclose if you are pregnant at the time of booking within the consultation form so we may ensure that the Therapist who is most skilled in carrying out treatments on a person who is pregnant will be allocated.

Any customers in their first trimester should strictly not book a treatment with us, and if once booked it is found out that you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, then the treatment will not be carried out and you will be given a refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.

Please note we will not be liable for any consequences in connection with you not disclosing your pregnancy to us prior to your appointment.

Payments and Gratuity

We are pleased to confirm that you may provide a tip or gratuity in cash or by card via the Fresha card terminal.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers will be available to purchase from our website and can be used towards any whole massage treatment we offer on our website.

If you wish to book an appointment using a gift voucher, please contact directlyinfo@blissgx.co.uk to book an appointment. We cannot take gift voucher bookings using our online booking system.

Please note that you cannot split the length of a voucher into multiple appointments, one voucher pertains to one appointment.

Health Conditions

When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. On the day of your treatment, your Therapist will ask you to complete a client consultation form to ensure we are providing you the very best service and results, while assuring your comfort and safety.

Age Policy

We recommend that all clients under the age of 16 years old are accompanied by a parent of guardian. We require written consent of a parent or guardian before accepting any unaccompanied minor, and we reserve the right to cancel any appointment if we believe it is inappropriate for any reason, including the behaviour of a minor, for us to provide a treatment. Please note if you are booking for a minor, we need you to contact us at least 48 hours in advance, so we can get the permission of the therapist working ahead of the booking time.

Accessibility

Our Studio is suitable for people with visual and hearing impairments. If you have any specific questions or concerns then please contact info@blissgx.co.uk prior to your appointment.

Therapist

If you wish to book a specific therapist you may choose them by using our booking platform, or when booking over email or the telephone. If you choose a specific therapist, and that therapist is unable to make the appointment, we will offer you an alternative therapist within a reasonable timeframe. You may choose to accept the alternative therapist, or to re-schedule your appointment free of charge, to a date when your chosen therapist can attend.

Note that unless you specify a particular therapist, or a particular gender, your treatment will be allocated randomly to one of our highly skilled team members. Please note that we work with therapists of all genders.

Etiquette

Clients must not use mobile phones when the treatment is taking place. This is to ensure maximum relaxation and the full experience is enjoyed by the client. Chargers will be provided on site in order for you to leave your phone on charge whilst you are receiving your treatment.

We or our Therapists will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, including mobile phones, during your time at our studio.

We hold the right to refuse treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive towards any of our staff or Therapists, including but not limited to any inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behaviour, including if the client is heavily intoxicated.

Our Therapists maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and we ask all clients to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene prior to their appointment.

Feedback and Complaints

If you wish to leave any feedback or if you are unhappy about your treatment and want to lodge a complaint, please email info@blissgx.co.uk setting out your name, date and time of appointment, the name of your therapist (if known) with your comments. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 3 working days of receiving your written comments.

Insurance

We are insured for the services and treatments we provide to our clients.
